JumpCloud® AI & SaaS Management gives you visibility and control over shadow IT, including AI and SaaS app usage, within your org. Connectors detect shadow IT without adoption of a browser extension and provide a significant increase to valuable usage and security insights.

- Discover AI and SaaS app activity directly from connected services without the need for the JumpCloud Go browser extension.
- Enable faster and more structured insights about discovered apps and user accounts without requiring user interaction with apps in a browser.
- Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra ID connectors enable discovery of third party apps that use these platforms for authentication.
Considerations:
- JumpCloud AI & SaaS Management can be purchased as an add-on to your existing package, can be a standalone feature, and is also included with the Platform Prime Package. See JumpCloud Pricing to learn more.
- Not all AI and SaaS service providers send email address information to JumpCloud. These connectors may require manual mapping of discovered users to their respective JumpCloud users. See Assigning
